You sound like me. I have to also read this work multiple times. And with each one, it gets fuller, and I get wiser. Cheers!

Boy oh boy does this clarify my life! I am at a point where I can take it in, but I am 73 years old! It finally resonates as the truth. Thank you and keep up the good work! Beautifully composed!

Like others have said, I feel the need to read this several times. And I feel that way about most of your posts. Thank you.

I know this is true. I just spent two weeks with my thirty-something and forty-something daughters, and in words not nearly as articulate told them something similar: you must learn to silence the inner critic. I promise, in time it gets easier, but if you start now, you’ll be on life’s high by the time you reach the next chapter. We are soooooo lucky to have The Biological Imagination as a gentle guide!

amazing. Covering so much ground all in one piece. The explanations tickle my engineer brain - I doubt none of it. Should be printed out and kept for frequent access.

The reprogramming of society and family runs deep. It takes both remembering the body and the heart again, but that its possible to be safe in the body and be oneself completely. I think often the outer world does not make it seem safe to do so. This is a good article that reconnects trusting our inner wisdom and our ancestral connection back to a time when societies were centered on care, and we can have that again.
